1. Wood Pigeon in Red Wine with Baby Vegetables and Crushed New Potatoes.
2. Escalope of Veal with Walnuts and Roquefort .
3. Roast Fillet of Sea Bass with Parsnip Puree and Caramelized Garlic.
4. Baked Potato with Creamed Morel Mushrooms and Vegetable Tagliatelle.
Dessert
1. Hot Chocolate Soufflé served with Dark Chocolate Sauce.
2. Whisky Jelly with Orange and Drambuie Sauce
3. Roast Figs with Honey and Pistachio served with Vanilla Ice Cream.
4. White Chocolate Mousse with Passion Fruit Bavarois.
