why?

Why do people act differently when in the presence of others?
Why the sudden urge to `maintain` one`s self infront of others, when one has already proclaimed not giving a shit bout what people say?
Why the necessity to act all anal with people from your own sphere, when there are outsiders in the picture?
Why indulge people from your own sphere with this part of you? We aint interested! We fucking hell aint impressed by it!
Why fuck things up?Why fuck our mutual respect?

hyde parko

On Sunday, went for a lil needed breather in Hyde Park. A nice warm sunny day for a picnic with yaz, fytrushka, eddie and faheem. Lotsa people as usual, free music from the 02 festival, great Belgian lager, cheap nachos and a football. i like hyde park sundays. ppl just chilling out, enjoying themselves and doing their thing. question: why dont i choose to hang out at the serene parks of klcc or titiwangsa? parks are a big interest to londoners for a stroll, exercise, lunch, picnic, etc. but for kl-ites, the parks arnt really worth going to unless u want to get posted in the malay tabloids for close proximity or some shit like that. Though, elaine did mention of the park in KLPAC which was suppose to be good. To be honest, the only piece of green i miss of kl is the surroundings of Royal Selangor Golf Club(RSGC).Untouched, Natural, Quite, All in the middle of the hustle and bustle of KL.

10.9 Millimeters Matter

this is what i come home to, this is my shelter

after 5 months of waiting, topping up prepaids, buying idds, rejected credit checks and what not, one is finally capable of getting a line and thus a new phone. one is content with one`s samsung U600. until one starts fiddling with the keypads to find out one`s fingers are too big for technology. one thinks having a 3.2 mgpixel camera in one`s phone will even out one`s dilemma. lastly, one ponders why keypads are smaller these days as oppose to the golden eras of the 3210 or 3310?
what does two say?

nasi lemak & 100+

Headed to Covent Garden yesterday to check out the last day of `promote malaysia' festivities. On the agenda through out the week was promoting everything malaysian, including films. They were screening malaysian movies. On the list was the likes of Red Kebaya(which ive actually enjoed), cinta, and for some stupid reason, Cicakman.

Yesterday, was food stalls and the likes of handicrafts, batiks, knick knacks and paddy wacks. They were also selling maggis by the carton. MSG at its best.mmmm. oh and whats a malaysian event without a fashion show rite?

Damn alot of melayu ppl there lar. weird. damn weird. cannot say babi just like that.cannot.

mayfair king size

Exams are finally over(pushing the finally a bit taking into account i only started only four months ago). So, heres the situation, i joined in February into semester 2 of the final year, as they started the year term last September. Which means im done with the second sem, and will be doing my examless first sem this September. confusing eh? anyways, came to the conclusion that i am unofficially a degree holder now (just aslong as i show up and submit assignments next sem). Booyakasha.
on holidays now for 4 months. Can someone explain and possibly justify the exorbitant price of education that was paid for a year when i have a 4 month holiday for summer?

found myself being dragged(i voluntereed) to the exhibition of students at Yaz`s Blake College of Arts.
Conclusion to checking out three makeshift rooms full of `artistic` work:
1. No elaine= No Understand.
2. No added info about piece below artist`s name: No Understand.
3. These awfully young ppl doing mostly diplomas and certs are really interested in pursuing the interest of sex and sexualism.
4. The frame used by a Arugi Ramayani was quite nice.

i have found a blog i actually enjoy reading. have a go.

pulling the trigger

Lils and I have just realised that most trigger-happy snappers that i know have a picture of me in a state of peace. Something, although taxing and arduous, i still look forward to contributing more to, giving my 110%, all for the benefit and love for photography.

the end of 32CT?

Some of us at 32CT are feeling the strains and the dodgy-ness of staying in acton. If it isnt a weird Somalian dude trying to get through into the block, its either hoodies (local yobs) or eastern european thugs making malice on the streets. Its pretty cool to walk around in the day time, but i must admit even i get the chills walking back late. thinking twice about whipping out the phone, ipod or any other possesions is usually the case. Dont get me wrong, acton has alot to offer, being a melting pot area for the polish, afrikains, indians and a couple others, stuff is cheap and u can get halal meat on every corner, besides being strategicly located in between uni(ealing) and central london. although, having a nice stroll after a nite out is not usually the offering here tho.

Went to go check out some flats in affluent/tourist flocking Paddington in central london today. Question: What do u get for 140 pounds a week in a place like paddington?
Answer: A SHIT HOLE! a complete shit hole of a `room` being about 4 metres by 2 metres, plus an added wc and bathroom. package comes with A window. par punde. i thought the agent was playing some joke when he showed us this `very pleasant studio flat on the lower ground floor of a white stucco-fronted conversion`, being smaller than most domestic helpers back in kl i would presumely have.

Its just mad to finally realise how freaking expensive property is in London. yea i know the usual `london mahal doh` and all that but fuck me, its crazy man. thinking of purchasing a studio flat in central will hit u at a cost of around 300 000 pounds plus.

My conclusion: stay out of central central london. if that isnt possible, work hard, oh fucking yeah work hard to win that 2 million pound lottery
